ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – Thursday June 15 at 7 pm

The Gabriola Island Recycling Organization (GIRO) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held outdoors at GIRO, Thursday June 15 at 7 pm. 

Seating will be arranged to permit social distancing.  Any additional pertinent information will be provided by email and posted at GIRO prior to the AGM.

To vote at the meeting you must be a member of GIRO in good standing. All individuals who paid their membership fee after June 30th 2022 will be in good standing until December 31 st 2023.

All members, past and current, will be informed of their status via email. If you are not a member or your membership was not renewed and you wish to participate, please submit a “new membership” application, and pay the $10 membership fee. Non-members may attend but cannot vote.

Membership forms can be picked up / completed at GIRO or completed on-line.
