If you have made a direct donation in person, or an Interac e-transfer donation to “donations@girodepot.com” through your bank, and wish to receive a tax receipt from GIRO for your donation, please complete the form below. Please note: this information is not required if you made your donation through CanadaHelps (they will issue you a tax receipt).
This information is needed as Canada Revenue requires your street address be included on your tax receipt. Receipts will be issued for the calendar year in February, of the subsequent year.
